Return Process
- 1.Initiate Return Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your serial number and reason for return.
- 2.Technical Evaluation
Our support team will review your request within 24-48 hours to determine if the issue can be resolved via firmware update or if a physical return is necessary.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Once approved, pack the device in its original packaging including all antennas, power adapters, and mounting kits to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
- 4.Ship and Track
Affix the provided RMA label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier; your refund or replacement will be processed upon receipt and inspection.
